TalkBuddy（以下「本アプリ」）は、abyo（以下「当社」）が提供する語学学習アプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて定めます。
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは以下の情報を取り扱います：
- 会話データ：ユーザーが入力したメッセージおよびAIの応答は、言語学習の目的でAI（Google Gemini）に送信されます。
- 学習記録：会話履歴、単語帳、学習統計、バッジ等の学習データは、ユーザーの端末にローカル保存されます。
- 記憶データ：AIがチャット中に保存するユーザー情報（名前、趣味等）は、端末内にローカル保存されます。
- 設定情報：キッズモード、利用時間制限、PIN等の設定は端末内に保存されます。
3. 情報の保存場所
本アプリはサーバー側にユーザーデータを保存しません。全てのデータはユーザーの端末内（ローカルストレージ）に保存されます。アプリを削除するとデータも削除されます。
4. 第三者への提供
ユーザーが入力したメッセージは、AI応答の生成のためにGoogle LLC（Gemini API / Vertex AI）に送信されます。Googleのプライバシーポリシーについては Google プライバシーポリシー をご参照ください。
上記を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
5. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは子供の利用を想定しています。保護者向けにPINロック機能および利用時間制限機能を提供しています。13歳未満のお子様の利用には保護者の同意を推奨します。
6. データの削除
ユーザーはアプリ内の検索画面から記憶データを個別に削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、全てのローカルデータが削除されます。
7. 変更について
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

- Conversation Data: Messages you type and AI responses are sent to Google Gemini AI for generating language learning responses.
- Learning Data: Conversation history, flashcards, learning statistics, and badges are stored locally on your device.

3. Data Storage
We do not store any user data on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will delete all data.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is designed for use by children. We provide parental controls including PIN lock and usage time limits. We recommend parental consent for children under 13.
